Location of Casino and new levels?

Can anyone post the location of the Casino and also list which missions to do before you can reach the new missions on Parum, Moatoob etc please?

The casino location has been answered a few times already:

Basically its past the ice field and you have to beat Del Rol before you can get to the Casino.
As for the other missions, I dont know, since we dont have AoI yet <<

I'm upset that we have to go to all the lobbies all over again to use the lobby transport...(unless that was an issue that will be resolved with the rollback.) I really wanted to go straight to Foran this morning, but I couldn't....
