You... do know about the crippling stat deficiencies on Tero/All-Save, right?

A few less ATP and ATA for 90% PP cost on the Skills and Bullets seems fine to me... Or should I just be focusing on getting a Power Unit?

100 ATP and 60 ATA is not "a few". And it's not 90% off, it's 90% of original cost. You'll save, for example, 4 PP on an Art that costs 40 PP.

I thought it was 50 ATP and 25 ATA... Well gonna see if I can change this title to Sell / Trade...
