i feel like a total noob asking this but my friend insist that the psycho wand takes HP away when u use it. can any psycho wand users confirm this?

It did in PSO. Not in PSU.

it doesnt take HP in PSU..maybe he was using a tech that reduces HP such as megistar or regrant but other than that, the answer is no. but to be honest, i never really pay attention so ill go confirm it right now lol

EDIT:it has been confirmed and the answer is a no it doesnt take away HP.
