New weapons available in NPC shops?

Sorry if this has been asked, but will Slicers, Shadoogs, and Madoogs be available in NPC shops, or are they only obtainable through boards/player shops?

I really hope I can buy them...... I've been lazy with my PM.

Up to 7* variants are available at the shop, and 8* boards at the synth shop. 9* boards are drop only
