View Full Version : AotI: Version differences?

I read conflicting things on here and elsewhere that the 360 version of AotI only adds online content, and things like an improved offline Story mode are only available to PC/PS2 users, while I've seen other things that say they are the same save for missing voiceovers and cutscenes. Can anyone clarify what the differences between the 360 and the other two versions are? I'm really confused...

I'm under the impression that there is no offline content for the 360 version at all. (I am under this impression because I loaded it up and was meat with a whole single "XBOX LIVE" option.) :{

HOWEVER

I have not completed the offline story mode for the original PSU yet, so it could unlock when I beat it.
I'm hoping for that one.

Content Differences:

360 - Online Only

PS2/PC - Both online and offline

However, the title update (Just Attack, Just Counter, new grinding system, etc.) are all intact offline. I've tried them. Story Mode just got a whole lot easier.

That's what I was wondering about, since you can unlock Extra mode and the new Story mode replaces it (I think). If this isn't so on the 360 version, I might just end up getting a PC version. Not sure yet.
