I haven't played PSU on the 360 for a while, but according to everyone else I know who still does, the voice chat only has real problems when there's lag involved, or when some people use the wireless microphone. And the latter isn't the fault of the game, it's the hardware and/or Microsoft's software acting iffy.

Short version, voice chat never had big problems before. It's about the same as if you started a private chat channel with a bunch of players via the Xbox Live dash-blade menus.

In fact, if you ever come across any problems with voice chat during a game, it's a common remedy to just start your own Voice Chat lobby as a temporary fix. If one person does that, and you're still having problems throughout the group, try another person. If THAT doesn't help...then it may be time for everyone to just quit to dashboard and log back in, cos then that's some real wierdness.
