They aren't out. Dunno when they'll be out, either, since they aren't out in Japan yet

not out in japan like they don't drop anywear either i knew we werent going to get them in npc for awhile but give me hope...

Right, they don't drop anywhere on JP either, nor are the boards at the NPC.
