PP Restore...?

Is the PP Restore unit that I've been hearing about the one from offline PSU v1? If so, is it usable by PSU players, although it's an AoI only drop?

IIRC, you buy it as a unit in Shops.

As of AoI, it now drops online on De Rol Le B (and A I think)

De Rol Le C-S drops it. Got one of em and Freeze/Resist in 5 runs on C (Leveling fF to 10).

You're lucky, I'v done about 10 C runs and nothing except a De rol le Carapace.
