I could always use all buttons including Triggers on my 360 controller.

You need to download XBCD drivers instead of using the official Microsoft drivers.

If you don't mind me asking a few questions (Just want to help here)

When you installed the XBCD driver and you go to the Setup, no Gamepad came up correct?

I had this problem myself. Hmm...when you go to Device Manager, do you see something called Microsoft Common for Windows on the list (this part is on the guide)?

Meh here it is copy pasta for easier viewing

XBCD Rumble + Working triggers

1. uninstall all previous XBCD drivers and reinstall the default microsoft drivers.
2. install this file right here http://redcl0ud.com/files/XBCDv107.exe install it but do not update the microsoft drivers yet.
3. download and install this http://xbcd360guide.myboard.info/driverftp/XBCD360XP.exe this here is the update for the xbcd drivers you just installed. this will make the triggers as buttons so they can be assigned to anything and brings back the rumble.
4. now this is where you update your microsoft drivers with the ones you just installed.
5. Now just follow steps 3-14.
6. all thats left is to go into the PSU game itself and in the options turn on the Vibration, also make sure the "controller" option is set to contrller and not keyboard.

All the files here are safe to those who are sceptical about err... umm.. stuff enjoy your rumble.

hmmm no i dont remember seeing that. the problem is, is that you dont need the drivers for the controller. you need drivers for the microsoft wirless reciever.

this is another set of unofficial 360 controller drivers that lets you customize it even further and in this case lets you use the triggers as buttons.
