Why do they level like basic classes for the first 10 levels? And why does AT lvl 1 still have glitched DFP which drops dramatically to the correct amount at lvl 2?

Seems to have carried over from JP beta.

I'm not complaining though. AT 8 in a few runs, even with system crashes.

Yes, they max out at that, it's part of the bug.

Hmm... wonder what SEGA will do. Hopefully they let us keep the MP we've put in, and preferably the levels as well.

The bar moves, but to level it up, you need to put in an obscene amount of mission points. I can see a tiny bit of red on my bar, and I know an Acrofighter 11.

first off it's not a bug, you'd just need a disc to have voices and stuf...ya know...somewhere to put the voices XD.
don't complain tho u got the game 20$ cheaper and got it b4 us. (only hours for some of us, but for me it was almost 2 days, and some of us still don't have it.)

Yeah, 3 Sakura S runs only got me about 5% or so on AF 11. Making up for easy early levels?

Yeah, I'd figure. Why can't they have just made the Acros level the same as the other expert types? http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif

As stated before, this is apparently not intended, its a bug from the beta...

To get the acro classes on the same pedestal as everyone else?

Nothing to fix, that only existed on JP side in the AoI Beta. Release version didn't have this stupidity, AT/AF level like every other class and aren't glitched on JP servers, and have since it was released.

It's a bug from our prepatch. The bar is still moving, but it's just not showing the real exp. If you check your exp manually, it should show you the real exp value...

You're thinking of the 360. PS2 does have a disk and still didn't get the voices...for that matter neither did PC. So essentially the 360 just got the game for $20 less and a few days sooner.

OT but...

What voices are these you're talking about? I am on 360 and have noticed my PM has a different voice now, also Laia talks alot now when I call her. She says stuff like "I'll destory you all!!" & "I won't lose here!" lol. Tripped me out the first time I heard het talk when she nanoblasted.

Do the player characters have aditional voices on the PC/PS2?

Yeah, hearing Laia actually speak was surprising, and kinda cool. Not a bad voice for her either, it reminds me of Vanessa's from Virtua Fighter. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

Nah Lyrise, it's totally different. Acro- from 1-10 levels like a basic class. Then when it gets to 10->11, it's like hitting a brick wall. It still moves a tiny tiny bit, but it's not the glitch where levelling classes past 10 didn't show in the mission reward screen.

Regarding voices, only the PS2 version seems to have new voices. Some voice types now have phrases for the SUV and Nano voice, as well as a few "for fun" voice triggers that now have phrases. On the PC version of the game, these are just normal grunts like we've always had, and I believe it's the same on the 360 for now.

oh whoops i thought he was talking about the 360, and actually I am on the ps2, but at that time I hadn't played story.
I did today and the lack of voices blows.

I thought the jobs leveled like that to allow layers to cruise through 1-10 in those jobs.

Interesting...
