Cardia-Senba?

I found this board today so I decide to check the shops to check the prices for board / made armor. I found a bunch of Cardia-senba's but every single one was nuetral. On the board it says it needs ??? photons so I'm guessing it can be made elemental. What's up with this armor? Does anyone know anything about it?

The completed line shield can be found as a boss box item in certain stages.

It's in the database. It has a head, arm and extra slot and adds 2 STA. The neutral ones you saw were probably just whole drops from the boxes.

What do you mean what's up with it? If you mean the element, any armor that doesn't list a specific photon when you try to insert photons into the slot can be made any element.
