Enemy drop changes
Certain enemies (including bosses) will see an adjustment in what items they drop.

This was a change a long time ago in AotI in Japan for October.

Do we see this change on the NA version yet? And did it lower drops or increase?

It was pretty much the changing of Resist units so that they could drop on all rank missions.

Since this seems like a good opportunity to ask, did this release stun/resist? I could swear when it happened, there was a screen of it dropping.
