AotI: Where does slicer drop?

As far as I can tell from the database the 10* slicer drops on Sakursa Blast S. Does 9* board or made drop on A or S? I'm assuming that becuase the 10* drops on this mission lower ranks will to.

The 9* board drops from Alteratsu Goug (which we don't have yet, see my sig) on S.
