Offline: S-rank Rod in Motoab???

i have heard of there secretly being a S ranked rod somewhere in motoab.
could anyone confirm this/and or tell me where and how to find it

I don't think theres any Tenora force gear past B rank whatsoever, nor have I heard of any new S rank rods with AoI.

Unless there's an Onmagoug or Relics mission on Moatoob, there's no S-rank rods on Moatoob.
