So its been a while for me, and ill try and make this quick and to the point.
I played this game obviously, and then i pretty much quit, around the time right before the S ranks were first released. So I'm gonna ask the obvious question.
Is this game worth coming back to? The problems I had with it earlier were basiclly this, that mission farming was what the game was completely based on, and that the rares were impossible to get.
I've got many resons why I liked this game, and they were basiclly that the combat was totaly fun, and that there were (supposedly) loads of different weapons and custumization options for your character.
So to put it simply, has anything changed with the expansion? I'd rather not pay money to find this out.

well the drop rates are supposedly improved (friends and I have seen alot of items dropping as of late.) They also revamped the combat system for melee oriented characters.

This game is definately worth coming back to IMO, the new things can probably get overwhelming at first, but that's pretty good I think, gives ya lots of things to do.

one thing I would like to know in specific is if people still farm one mission everyday anymore? It's not the worst thing in the world honestly, but i'd just like to know.

The game is always going to be about running missions over and over and over again, so no change there. The expansion has upped the number of rares (or will as more get released over time) but has also increased the droprate apparently. The new combat system has levelled out the field between weapon types considerably so any combination of weapons you want to use is effective giving you something other than clothes (the number of which has also been increased) with which to customize yourself.

oh god how i feel ya and NO there is no one who does that realy.Sure you might do a few runs on one spot but not everyone does one spot over and over.Basicly with the expansion its like this ,spot A is good for meseta and items while spot B is awsome for exp.So it realy does encourage ya to move around and go from place to place.

Also the cusomization features rock way harder now so you can also look forward to that.I belive honestly that AOI has brought PSU into its own.

Pentence, that's because the expansion just came out and people are trying a bunch of the new stuff. In a couple of days, everyone will be doing the mission that has the best drops/meseta/exp/and MP. There is only one mission that can come out on top, unless SEGA bothered to balance out the missions, which I doubt.

Perhapes i wasnt clear, however in my example i just stated PRECISELY THAT.They have balanced it out so some missions have beter things in one respect or another.

One mission has better meseta than another with better items.However if you want exp you must do another mission for good exp and mission points.

Also the spread of items and such across the board is much grander.So you now have plenty of reason to hunt in different places.
