Just wondering you unlock or ever fight the mother brain or any of PSUs new bosses offline?

You can fight De Rol Le, Alteratzgohg and Mother Brain offline, though you have to complete certain Ep2 missions to unlock the free missions the enemies are in.

What planet is the mother brain and alteratzgohg on?

Mother Brain can be reached from Holtes West District.
Alteratzgohg is on Neudaiz.

alteratzgohg is on neudaiz, I THINK mother brain is on parum. Check the gurhal temple and AMF base for new free missions after beating chapter 10

Pavillion of Air will never open up offline. Nor will the AMF HQ. Mother Brain is in the Linear Train and Alteratzgohg is at the Flyer Base.
