Offline there at the HQ on the 5 floor. Online same but ep.3 story is not out yet for the american version. Only ep.2 is out online.

granted your on PS2. If your on 360, there is no offline storymode.

I'm sure when they update the servers again. The offical site will explain what is going on with online content. Just keep a eye out on there or here for content updates.
