Like the corner shelf. How do you put items on it?

Same as other items. You need an actual small item though.

Turn placement mode on. Select the shelf as if you are going to put it away or rotate it, but shoose "put item on top/bottom". You need a small item, like a doll, though.

Only certain small items such as plush dolls can be stored on them.
