Ok I need to know one thing.

High lv's are always talking about the stuff they find on the new S run im lv77 ive soloed all day yesterday and only foung the new 10 star spear board can some one tell me what im doing wrong.

You just have to be patient, and continue killing to get stuff. You are doing nothing wrong. How long does each run take though? That could be a problem.

hes gotten over 10 S ranks now

That's probably why, they are higher level, and maybe even run in parties, which seems to make better stuff drop (for me anyway)
Obviously, you don't always get the better drop which is why I personally try to solo. But a good party can probably do the missions like 3/4 times, maybe even more, while you are doing 1.

sometimes by myself sometimes with others, i mix my situations. mostly soloing though

mm i tend to find that more S ranks are dropping with greater frequency for me. Yesterday/lastnight my friend and i got two s ranks one was a 10* whip the other was a 10* twin dagger board. Unfortunatly the games quite random (even when rares are set in Order). If your running with parties and all the S ranks are skipping you then try asking for a specific S rank that your after (i.e. if your doing Sakura Blast S ask for the frist 10* axe that drops during the course of the runs).

If you can find a good party then this can work (worked with me during one 1up when i was looking for a Gur Bazga [B]) since there are quite a few Good and Fair players online that will do this.
