My room items....( question)

I am trying to find the new interactive my room items and I cant see to find what they are called... such as the cactus chair, and the excersise mat...if any body know what they are called, and where I could find them ( or buy them) that would be great thanks =)

The cactus chair is called "Cactachair" and is a drop from rare Jigo Boomas in Sakura Blast. I'm not sure if they only drop in S or if they can be found in lower ranks as well.

I don't think the exercise mat is available yet.

Cactachair drops on C too. So its reasonable to say it drops from any rank.
