The story missions on A give a bunch of frags those are all solo though...

If you've gotten to the final story mission, the first part on A is basically 10 free frags.

I usually do Frag runs at the Guardians Colony, Unsafe passage. It takes almost no time at all, and it drops good items.

Here's my question, which is faster - the solo missions or running Unsafe Passage S2?

I tried running the first solo mission after doing the one on C several months ago and only got A on it, haven't bothered to try it again yet. Are there any guides to these? (If I'm online I'd rather spend time playing with people than soloing, but since it's worth so many frags I'd like to get it done quickly http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif)
