Crea Double offline???

Ok so I just finish a story mode mission and I go to the synth store on guardian colony and there it was, crea doubles..... http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_eek.gif

Now if only I can find it online I would be happy. I also found some interesting stuff that was online only that is now here. are crea doubles rare still? i found a board yesterday but someone told me they werent rare anymore...i hope hes wrong. he said they drop like crazy now
