Ok well I found a Recnad a few runs ago. Its a 13 Star gemstone. Anybody know what they are worth?

Considering it's not usable for anything now nor anything I know of coming out that JP PSU knows of... nothing.

Well, we can assume from the description that it will be used for some sort of 13* ranged weapon, but that's about it.
