PSU-XBox 360: Old Mission Drop Rates/Tables

Is it just me being incredibly unlucky, or were they not updated? I ran about 100 Sleeping Warriors S2 and didn't find nearly as many of the unique monster drops as I did from about 5-6 runs of Sakura Blast/Awoken Serpent...or do the new missions really just have way higher drop rates?

Any fellow 360 players have any findings or lack thereof to provide evidence against/supporting this theory?

Getting people to run the old missions is harder than removing the stink from a stale turd.

But from the few times I tried, the drop rates don't seem to have changed. This sucks for people who are still after some of the "classic" S-ranks, like the Blackbull.

I'm not sure, I did linear line S one time, and in block 3 got a [B]Crea Doubles.

I've also ran oh, 12 sleeping warrior S2 runs and 5-6 Plains overlord S2 recently, been getting a LOT of rares, just not S ranks like in the new missions.

Since the expansion, do the OLD MISSIONS have a higher drop rate for their boards/weapons.

May just be my luck. Ran Grove of Fanatics S2 twice for fun. Got two Sleep resist. Ran Plains Overloard once and got Burn Resist. I'm planning on doing a couple of Holy Ground runs tonight for Hiragi-senba and Kotoha-senba and for Megid leveling. I'll see where that leaves me.

Oh and the armor percentage change really sucks. I now take damage in linear line from megid (sure it's only 1 point on a crit... but 1 point is all it takes to kill).

I've seen more S rank boards drop in 30 Sakura Blast S runs than I saw in over a thousand hours of vanilla PSU.

There's still a ton of the old school rares I want (svaltus sword, degahna cannon, needle cannon, gur asted) so I'll go back to the old missions once I'm L150+ and can breeze through them.

And, to some extent, the drops from boxes at the end of missions have been increased.
