Where Is Everyone?

Typically wherever the best experience can be found. Right now that would be the Sakura Blast mission.

Neudaiz, you have to do a few mission before you can get to the Hot Springs lobby though. The De Rol Le mission on Moatoob (loger mission chain) seems pretty popular too.

There is usually a lot of people in the casinos which is at the end of all moatoob missions, after De Rol Lee. Thats where I have spent the last few days, gambling my life away T_T

If you just started and Have no access to later Lobbies, I 'd say these missions would be a good place to start:

Linear Line (access 4th floor G Colony) Leads to Fight for Food
Mad Creatures (access Parrum East) Leads to Plain Overlord, Relics and the Sea Labs
Sacred Planet (access Parrum East) Leads to the Abandoned City
