and that's why I continue getting certified in First Aid
reminds me of the old UK seat belt commercials that wer so much more brutal than the American ones. I personally approve of these kind of over the top consequence commercials. Fear seems to generaly be a better motivator than the kiddy "Don't do this, or this might happen!" speeches.
you got FKL'D!

probably because it was mostly just "Here's the commercials, watch 'em"
If the original post had been something like actually talking about work safety, or using brutal scenes in commercials or something, and had the videos sort of on the side and not the main focus, but evidence of the point being made, it may have stood a better chance.

69 views this thread alone right now. Can't count the youtube views, but perhaps an advertiser would be pleased with your results.

Inquery: How does showing a 'graphic' commercial change anything? You see stuff like that on TV all the time, ending it with a silly, "LOL ACCIDENTS DON'T HAPPEN" screen makes no difference. I personally think that all of the various 'public awareness' commercials around the world are a competition to figure out who can make the most asinine commercial with an unlimited, publically funded budget. Television is the worst place to try and get people to 'step up and fix things'. People are so numbed by what they see anymore that it doesn't have any sort of shock value to it to 'scare' anyone. If anything I got a good chuckle out of them at how over the top they were.

I prefer the first and third ones, because of how they know something horrible is about to happen.
And then theres my pyromaniac side coming out too.

I am an 18 year old. I'm normal in that I play video games and listen to music and all that. But today something is different. Ya see I'm about to hold up a spork as per usual anytime Randomness posts. But this time the spork is covered in grease and it will slip out of my hands and poke me in the eye, causing major payne pain. This accident coulda been avoided had I washed my dishes.
*holds up spo AAAAAAAAAGH FUCK MY EYE!!!!!!*
There are no accidents...
