can not enter the room at this time - help?

Most of the time (80%) a message appears when i browse playe shops and I click on one. "You can not enter the room at this time"

Why is this? because it's really annoying. just as i finally find a decent prize for an item i can't enter the room!

If you're on v.1 and you try to enter an AoI room, you won't be able to.

also, a new question. I can't seem to find the GH-413 pm device in the variety shop. all i see is 411 and 412. where can i get this? is it out yet?

For this exact reason, I'm keeping my main shop in a v1 style room. Make it so everyone can buy my stuff. At least for the time being.
