Mizurakihoh..does it drop on Sakura Blast S?

Looked up on the drop charts on Sakura Blast but it doesnt mention it drops there.
Just wanna know for sure so i don´t waste my time in vain. XP

The board drops from Komazli in Sakura Blast S.

It is the flower rifle that shoot big seed bullets, yes it drop in sakura S and only the boss in the end drops it

those fish wizard things are the boss (defeat the leader of D something is the mission objective)

i got one and im pretty sure i didnt get it from the ending bosses .. but i did get it in that run.

There is one fish wizard before the last spawns of fish wizards, so a total of 6 spawn on S. I've gotten 2 boards to drop from them so far.
