World's ended about a couple hundred times by now, I'm sure.
I trust the world to end by the Mayan calendar just as much as I'd expect a Far Side desk calendar to do the same.

Chill. It's 2012; you have a few more years.

If you're going to go up on the conspiracy theory nutjob position, at least do it right. It's December 2012 when the Mayan calendar reaches the end of the current age. The calendar still goes on, for thousands of years in fact, it's just we're approaching the end of an age in their calendar. You know, like going from BC to AD or from the Bronze Age to the Iron Age.

We don't need no education
We dont need no thought control
No dark sarcasm in the classroom
Teachers leave them kids alone
Hey! Teachers! Leave them kids alone!
All in all it's just another brick in the wall.
All in all you're just another brick in the wall.

No conspiracy theory right here. Just seeing how ffolks react to that idea.
Going by that, the world would have ended in the year 616 (It is not 666, that's a mistranslation.)
On a funny note, I saw a building labeled 666 and my cuz and I were pondering if the devil was in there. XD

616, 619, and 666 are all accepted numbers of the beast.

616 is the correct one though. But really what if we went in there and the Devil was in there?
If asked what we were doing it'd be "We wanted to see if you were really in there."

It's almost romantic, aside from all the death...

I would find that highly amusing if it were to happen.
