Surprising choice in Moubu Seiran-zan. I can't recall ever actually seeing anyone use it. I love it, however.

Spear: Majarra because you already have Tornado Break
Dagger: Hikai Shuuha-zan. Trust me, it's so much better
Saber: Spinning Strike because it's the best singletarget melee PA

I didn't really look at the frag PAs because they're not available in v1 offline. It appears that they have been added to AoI offline so I will have to check them out and reconsider my choices.



Check every store, including the planet ones, they each have a differnt set that the other.

Hikai is not that much better than Buten, considering only the second combo where it becomes difficult to consistently land the three hits. I have found a method that works better than wishing really hard but it is really lame when I miss still.

You're going to have to be clever with using this PA. It has far too many delays to it and it's slow.

Yes it is, seriously. You just have to steer the PA right before you use the second attack. I can hit with it frequently. Also on Frameskip 0, Hikai's spindash part goes farther than it does on FS1.

To top it off, Hikai hits about the same number of times as Buten, but it's a lot faster and hits harder.
