Can someone upload some videos on youtube or something of the new bosses in AotI especially the final boss?

no-one knows what the final boss looks like. it has been a mere few months since AoI and Ep3 have come out and we're nowhere near the end of the story.

Isn't there a final boss to the Story Mode of AoI? Or was everyone too busy with online to get to it? >.>

The story mode is just episode 2, which didn't have a final boss.

And before any retard comes in, Seed-Magashi wasn't a boss.

Offline AoI story mode is Episode 2, what we currently have online for a story mode, with (most) of the new AoI missions. So that should speak for itself

Now to get things straight...

- Illuminus is a human fundamentalist group (who seems to behind the SEED infections) and Magashi is one of it's members apparently he is 'using' the SEED to destroy certain things since they are attracted to A-photons
- Apparently from the Phantasy Star Series, our enemy is basically Dark Force (or shall we say Falz). I know it doesn't tie with the rest of the series but apparently this guy/girl (PSIV)/it is our final boss. My guess is the theorization of using SEED as their 'personal' weapon basically the use of Illuminus.
- GRM & CoG are up to something. Both of them have 'secret' weapons. GRM with the Sochee and CoG with the mountain disappearance (could be the use of the next-in-line maidens to charge it's power). Apparently I am guessing, the Guardians will find that really bad for the population for both planets and they would have to stop them in the process. Yay 3-way battle. (This is probably where the Laia vs Ethan fight will take place.)

I'm assuming the person controlling the SEED will find it uncontrollable to control and all hell breaks loose, and that's when everyone joins together to fight together while your character has some minor part in it.

That infected ship that we see in the intro to AoI is probably another infected satellite. I'm guessing that that planet with Mirei falling into it in the beginning is where our enemy lies.

That is just my guess. What do you think?

Well, to add to what Sharky said, and uber spoilers:

Magashi (or in fact, the many Magashis) are clones of a certain human guy who's face you see in the intro video. He's the real leader of the Illuminus. They say his name in Chapter 10 of Episode two, but I forgot what it is.

PSU's variant of Dark Force is Dulk Fakis, which is created from SEED-infected A photon reactors found in satellites and such. Those SEED-infected satellites then become HIVEs. At least that's what we know so far.

Anyways, I'm pretty sure the events of Ep3 will revolve around GRM's illegal SEED experiments, CoG's maiden-power exploitation, Moatoob's chaos in the aftermath of the SEED infection genocide of chapter 9, and how the Illuminus will exploit the situation to try and destroy the civilisation.

What happened to the Guardians Colony in the AoI update though? Is the new additions HIVE or just technological additions?

Play the final episode 2 mission.

But if you don't want to wait...

The G-Colony made atmospheric entry on Parum after the SEED began to make everybody go insane. The Headmaster, Fullyen Kurtz, all of the Lou units minus the original(whom you run an escort mission with at the end of EP2 to keep her from being infected), and hundreds of others get infected nearly instantaneously and start attacking everybody. All hell breaks loose, people die, people go missing, Magashi refuses to die(again).

The ride to the end of EP2 is an epic one. You should really play it and not read that spoiler.

Yeah the new look of the guardian's colony is indeed a spoiler. This is my guess now what it is...

With the residential block being seperated from the main block that was controlled by Dallgun. I guess the three planets decided to work together and make that the 'mobile' headquarters to get the source of the main SEED 'planet'? Apparently it has been closely observing the three planets due to the SEED attacks and calling out forces from respective guardian branches and if it's trouble they will call on the main branch. With the SEED source probably located, they can move on it because people know that ship travel would take forever 'cept for the Landeel which has special properties.

That's a bit farfetched. I say they're just in the process of rebuilding the part that crashed down on Parum.

I'd have to agree wit Criss, only because we know that[spoiler-box]the G-Colony, minus that small residential block did indeed crash into parum. The Old Rozembomb city mission also mention the G colony's crash. But using the Colony as bait for the seed would be a good idea. But that's not possible right now.[/spoiler-box]
