FG's need that exclusive wep
AF are broken and looming in on the melee with ranged ability area that FG has/had
and fF took Twin Sabers =/
No need to worry about us Wartechers though http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

Edit

And fF do not need S rank Twin Daggers >_> *mine* <_<

I would rather have S rank twin daggers and not have S rank twin sabers if it makes you feel better.

double sabers need a great deal of accuracy to use (in theory, and in the background of the game) so figunner with the added accuracy from being in part ranger adds weight to the idea of accurate precision fighters who weaken with guns and finish with mele.

while at 1st acrofighter seems logical to have them they are more agile rather than accurate so the 1 handed speciality enforces this background story, and doublesabers would detract from the way acrofighters are supposed to be.

fortefighters (being the beast specialist class) do not suit the double sabers for the same reason, accuracy is needed to use them or you chop off your own head (and we all know beasts being the dumb animals they are need guards on their mele weapons as to not chop themselves to bits, seriously just check any tenora mele weapon LOL), also the power of a doublesaber is supposed to compensate for the slightly lower power of the class using them so if a beast FF got hold of a DS then the power would be too overbalanced.

Guns? Traps? Right now they're not great, but maybe when the game gets hard again.

Um...no? Chikki is pretty darn good, but every melee class except WT gets it. FF even does more damage with it, even counting S-ranks for AF. Acro speed bonus is neat, but it doesn't make them broke by any means.

And all this discussion of S-rank Twin Daggers had better be about looks alone, because the stat difference is a joke.

I will agree that Double Saber is the only thing separating FI from FF besides base stats though, since S-Ranks don't matter

I also think a double saber has a support weapon cause it knocks everything away with the pa >.<

I still find being able to use crossbow level 30 and traps another notable advantage for Fighgunners.

Agreed, it's an amazing advantage knowing you don't have to burn PP(albeit you can regain it easily, you still lose it. ;p) as much when fighting a large monster. Just burn/infect it and pick a nice PA to keep it on it's side whilst the HP ticks away.

I don't mind the cut in ATP, our range support is amazing enough to offset it imo.
