No, seriously. She wants to go to the crash site of the GUARDIANS Colony, I think to look for Laia. Lumia has a chance of joining you on the mission, but that's completely up to you, as you're given the choice to bring her with you or leave her behind at Clyez. That's really all I know. I don't want to spoil much of Episode 3, so I try not to look that far ahead.

Yes, but you have to choose carefully to do so.

Question: When you make these choices, can you go back and play the mission again, and make different ones, or are you basically stuck if you screwed up?

You can replay to make the choices again, but keep in mind, the game looks at ALL of your choices, so remember NOT to skip to the trial everytime you replay.

I think Lyrise means that for the sake of the story you should do the mission, because the story keeps track of all the decisions you make in prior chapters. Or so I would assume.

She's chock full of useless, less than lv-11 techs, including Giresta, except ST added that to other partner chars, and Maya has rank 3 Giresta, so...

She has one of the best NPC AIs available. She is rather aggressive and pretty smart about casting spells, although it can work against you since she dies rather quickly. On the plus side, I think she has Giresta and a heals a bit.

I guess, but if you're going for Giresta, Maya will have a better one. They might be adding that onto the US servers later, since I don't think it's there yet... from what I could tell it replaces her now-useless Dizas.
