yes for holy ray theay are rare spawn but not shure wear

I see rappies in Hill of Spores (Neudaiz). Dunno if they drop holy ray.

Rappy Poleck doesn't drop it, they drop Rappy Mode and Serafi Senba, though.

Also, I'd assume they spawn in the areas corresponding to where they can be found online, but I don't know.
