Quick question about Twin flurescorant bulbs? 50% always?

I just ask this as I have synthed 2. Both came out at 50%, not one of my other weps did.

Is this just the way it is or was it super flukey?

I wish the other weps I had in there would have synthed at 50% if it was just luck...

the bulb boards are 100% success and 50% element every time if you look at the 1up cup site that had the point totals it says it right on the prize
