I thought they were going to begin using this feature of the vision phone starting with the expansion? I guess it'll forever be a worthless offline mode thing for. I agree, I don't understand why they can't just copy & paste whatever new bulletin they make on the official site into that in-game bulletin. When they add new missions, clothes, PAs, etc they should post about in View Information. BUT, that would make too make sense... >.>
