What does it do?
I heard people say they have been getting room decorations and weapon boards but nothing happens for me.
Anyone know how this thing works?

You put something and you, hopefully, get something in return. The higher the vendor value on the item you put in, the better your chances of getting something back. Currently, the only item I know of you can get is the picture frame decor, but there are to be more rewards added down the line like the shrine maiden's outfit.

I gave it a monomate and it gave me the picture... seems random. Another friend said he got the picture with a mad truffle.
