My GF was over playing her character and wanted to play online. So I let her use my access code and such. Now she can't change it to her own.

HELP!

There's no way to change code....I think....well try to delete your account...don't take my advice other than that, let her borrow your card and you buy a new game.

We have both registered with our own access codes and serial numbers. We both have copies of the game. Her characters are on her save card. Mine are on my card. There has to be a file that stores this information.
Does anyone know what the system file is for? Is that the one that stores the access code?

Get her access code. Did she use it?
g/f came over with HER card and play on you gamecube, that was the first time she played online?

If yes than...change credit card # and all that and make a new accound using her access code.
She'll use your account tho...remember to change credit card or you'll get charge.

Blenjar, I appreciate the help, but that won't work.

We BOTH (me and her) have used this ID.
We thought the information could be changed.
Now we both have same info (serial/access/password) stored when you go to options.

THAT is what I'm talking about.

Well.....this sux....try to call sega to find out.
Can't you just delete an account and make a new one with the un-use ID?

Hi. I'm roboto's girlfriend...In your GAME the serial and access numbers are set. Check yours out, you'll see. I emailed Sega about it, but so far haven't gotten a response. If they do respond and say something useful, I'll post it here...
