Welcome to court.

(Dis)Honorable me presiding.

Anyone care to charge anyone else with a "crime"?

Please provide all relevant "evidence" with the accusation.

The accused has an arbitrary amount of time to respond to the charges with thier own "evidence".

After said arbitrary time, I will pass "judgement" and impose a "sentence"

Court is now in session.

Hmm. . . I have a case for you.

Sgt_Shligger v. The Board of Fresh Kills Landfill

The crime is people consistently misspelling my name. It's fine to use one of the many alterations, vast in number for reasons unknown, but it is not fine that people get lazy and make up some random spelling. Whenever one posts my name they should be forced to use one of these pre-established spellings which all disclude my title "sergeant." The title may be added before the word (though the spelling of it is not as important).

-Shligger
-Shliggles
-Shligg
-Shliggy
-Shiggles
-Shiggler
-Shliggler
-Shliggly
-Shilgger

Evidence: There have been countless misspellings of my name, as stated earlier. Here are a few examples, some in the thread topic itself!

http://pso-world.com/viewtopic.php?topic=148181&forum=14 *Look to the topic title!*

http://pso-world.com/viewtopic.php?topic=155152&forum=14 *The second post!*

http://pso-world.com/viewtopic.php?topic=156173&forum=14 *Even the veterans violate it.*

http://pso-world.com/viewtopic.php?topic=139286&forum=14 *This is the worst, use of "Sch" in the name's spelling.*

And I know I could find more then a few forum members who can vouch there are more examples.

Bob's right, we should spell his name correctly.

*gets pulled to the side*

Oh...it's not!?

The accused has had plenty of time to reply.

In replying, elements of the accused have exacerbated the crime.

Thus, I hereby rule in favor of the plaintiff.

The sentence is that from now on, anyone who commits this offense is to be referenced in the thread the violation takes place in as "Glkashf".

That means you, Glkashfs #1-5!

Are you just making a comment, or do you want to sue him for being happy?

I prefer the latter, myself.

Keep in mind, this isn't Scrub-approved. That means it's unofficial.

It's a nonsensical court, like Alice in Wonderland.

So anyone who misspells my name is now a "Glkashf?" That's it http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif?
