So mr brother started an AT he`s lvl 23.He decided to buy giresta.went to a buff party started spaming it now it`s on lvl 21.

Every buff party i`ve been to people says that giresta won`t lvl like that say`s you have to be healing your target. so my question is did they change this when aoti came out?

No, it's been like that since V1. Giresta levels like a buff since it, in fact, applies a buff (the regeneration effect).

As far as I can tell, when it shows the little yellow glow around them from being hit by it, it gains expierence.

Very true, and if you don't know what RedMussel means, he's referring to the fact that if you S rank A rank Story missions, you get 10 Frags. Only works once per character/mission, so...

10+ Sotry Missions ( I don't remeber atm sorry )
X2 parts per one ( usually the second part is harder to S rank though)
X4 characters
X 10 Pa Frags!

= 800+ PA frags you can get out of Story mode =) (online Story mode btw)
