You have to buy the board at the Dallgun Viewing Plaza.

I believe you get a Death Dancer board and insert Kubara wood instead of Par Ebon. The synth rate drops a bit though.

It's after the mission 'SEED Awakened', which is after the mission 'Dark Satellite'.

Go through the two Hive missions. You'll see a sales person in the middle of the Lobby. He sells em.

Their attack is SLIGHTLY higher, but the acc and pp are significantly worse... I'd just grind a death dancer if I was the OP. They sell for cheap enough- cheaper than the death dancec board...

Thats only for ranger weapons you can do that.

Stop using the Consul-Specific labels when they aren't applicable -.- both all servers have Deathdancec
