Synth rate its not 100%?!

So, today for me was the synth day. I decided to get all my boards to the oven and start the ugly 24 hour count. All my ranged S ranks (blackbull, shigga desta, and shi-kikami) are giving a 96 % of sucesfull. Now i just got my PM today to lvl 98, but it isnt still capped. My question is, if i wait till tomorrow, and capp my PM at lvl 100, then the sucess rate can increase this 4 points i need?

Apart from the fact that it's 3 hours to make an S-rank now, 10* guns have an 81% synth rate at Range 100. That, plus the 15% from 1Up makes 96%. Good as it's getting for ya.

edit: well, 3 hours for a 10*.

Melee Get em only =/ (because the pre-bonus % is 89 on a maxed PM, so the 15% boost brings us too 100%)
