Parum is a gigantic place and Ragol's Silva Lupa is a tiny place. Depending on what you compare, the results can be entirely different.

To ACTUALLY ANSWER this topic. . . Any Ragol critter could whoop the living shit out of a PARUM non-boss monster. I think Vol Opt could take on. . . Someone. They just need to come in the room (and hopefully fit.)
