Can be obtained from the Parum Drinking Stand Item Exchange quest in exchange for the following:
2 x Mushroom Light (S)
1 x Mushroom Light (M)
This is for the Bio Panic remodel. If it is not out it always says can not get etc. etc.
So what is the deal with this?

Its an item exchange that we can get various items including the move ticket to Parum, this will be available in future updates.

okies cool was just confused it did not say that we can't get it. Thought i really missed something there. Thx
