they do goo to tell us a Week in advance ....normally its two..if you read the JP Site and A the Day after if you read the English Site..

I can attest for the single claw offline. That thing tears things apart, and actually looks like what a claw should be doing. It's the only AoI PA I have so far, so I can't say anything about the others.

if the timetable for the JP and ours Remain somewhat on par...I would Say The Same week we Get the Christmas Lobbies so about...Dec 13th...I think.as for the Rest of it We may get a Slightly Temporay Accerated Content update as They are also Prepareing For Christmas and New Years... So we may get some Really ice updates then...they go on break For like 3 to 5 weeks Like they Did last year...
