Does the casting speed stack? I don't seem to notice a difference?

Does Me / Quick stack, or am I just oblivious and tired?

It's a percentage base as far as I can tell, and yes it does stack. The difference between har / quick and no har / quick on my AT is considerably more faster.

It stacks. Har/ Quick (with a Madoog) is supposed to let you cast Gi-techs so fast the next one is being cast before the first one finishes.

Force equipment, including Har / Quicks, will be dropping like crazy on the new missions coming the 14th, so don't bother hunting it now.

where did you read up on the update for the 14th and why is it going to drop like crazy? people said me /quicks are gonna me cheap after 1up and were offering me 1.5 mil for it them during 1up up they dropped and now they are right back up being rare and expensive

JPN got this update a few weeks back, and players reported that pratically every piece of force gear(with the exception of a few, like the Psycho Wand) dropped from this mission. With the drop rates on AotI areas these units and weapons dropped so often that the prices started dropping out of the millions. Or so I recall...

Yes, Me / Quick does make things faster, especially with GI techs

Me/Quicks aren't rare anymore, people just think they can get a lot of meseta for something any Level 20 shmuck could get during 1UP.

Sounds great! I never managed to snag a me/quick during 1up so I switched to AT for the speed boost. I like how it feels less clunky compared to a /quick-less FT. But if I can get a /quick unit somewhat easily/cheaply I might just switch back to FT as I still use attack techs for the bulk of my damage dealing while soloing with a few rare exceptions.

yeah, i ran into a AT with har / quick and they had all four buffs casted while i was halfway through a swing motion for giresta (me / quick). it is rediculously fast.

and supposedly force units will be dropping like rain in the haribo mission. hopefully this rumor better live up to everything it promises to be; candyland for forces.

Damn you too? Maybe if ST wasn't so stupid and didn't make AT 1000x better than FT(which is now pointless) we wouldn't need Psycho Wands.
