I haven't seen one, nor are there any in stores. It might be in a mission that has yet to be released.

But about Kusev... is it out yet? PSOW says it drops from level 70-79 Kakwane....

The board for the Vish Kusev drops from level 80-89 Kakwane, which appear in Rare Dancing Bird A, the second Habirao mission.
