It gives the Mirei Portrait, you give it anything.

Higher * items have a higher chance of it giving something out.

Secondly, that's Karen, not Mirei. I hate Karen. Too strict for me. No crazy photon magic can disguise her either.
Thirdly, Females get a rare and unique clothes set.
