I've heard of maybe one or two, but I hear ya man, me and a friend have been hunting this non-stop, well he has I've been after Hon. He even made an excavation report, he's up to 600+ runs so far.

I can confirm its very ellusive, I know no one with it and have only hunted midly(90+ runs) and not even got a sniff. Maybe if I hunt for the cati / power lol it will fall.

11* weapons in v1 are suicide to hunt for, in general. I'd hunt a Twin Tornado, a Cubo Tuma, and a Rikauteri if it meant I could still have a life and a soul. Thank god AoI is fixing that as more bosses emerge....

Considering only an eighth of the hunter population can use this sword, and considering swords are the worst weapon types, I'd say it's more energy efficient to just play the AoI missions.

Too bad we never got the 1 year festa event. Lvl 100+ Lutus Jiggas in one of those missions dropped [B] Kan Yu.

It's pretty rare, although if we get Festa it might become less rare thanks to Lv100 Lutus Jigga.

At this point in time it might be rarer than THIRTY DIADUS. Possiblu.

I dunno, Tornado Break is pretty good now. I'd argue Knuckles are on the same level.

As for the Kan Yu, I finally saw it in person yesterday and it looks awesome

I've never tried Tornado Break since I begrudgingly capped it, but I keep hearing that it's good. I guess I have to look in to that.

As for Knuckles, Dus Robado got a huge boost. It has a large number of hits and a large damage modifier, making great with Fortefighter's large ATP. Against a single target, this PA is probably up there with majarra.


I'm going off on a tangent, though. Yes, Kan Yu would be awesome if it wasn't sexist.

From my friend who let a friend try out his Kuan Yu, I hear it has atk speed up so it might make some sword PAs pretty good overall.

Personally, I've never seen it in action being all sexist and everything =/

If the speed is boosted, this will make Gravity Break more viable, so maybe it wouldn't be so bad to have.
Of course, it'll make it that much more sexist.

The Lutus Jigga is said to drop the Kan Yu but we do not yet have a mission for it to spawn that high of a level.
