You mean the one the girls are in in the Garon's Shop quest, if so thats the use and it will probably be used in other quests as well. If you mean a different door i would bet its the bathroom that Pioneer 2 was in terrible need of.

Not sure but my guess is that it's the copier/xerox room. Last time I went by I saw a HUmar and a FOnewearl walking out of it tucking their shirts back into their pants.
